Be a part of this adventure. Extend your visit two extra days and learn how to collect the different foods from the forest and add to them foods like yuca and rare-variety potatoes and rice picked freshly from our Organic Farm. Learn how to prepare these exotic and unusual ingredients into delicious dishes. You will be experiencing things you never dreamed of eating before! You will see how the forest is a cornucopia of different things to eat and not all of them just plant-based! You will also learn how the coffee bean proceeds from being picked to being roasted and drunk and you will learn how to make chocolate from freshly picked cacao beans that are then roasted over and open fire. Chocolate, as well as freshly picked bananas, is also the main ingredient for several delectable deserts!
