Before You Arrive

Before arriving, you should consider bringing items on our Packing List, and read over our list of FAQs.  For those wondering exactly where Yachana is located, we are about halfway between the cities of Coca and Tena along the Napo River. And one thing to point out is the Napo River flows in the northeast direction, putting Yachana about 2.5 hours upriver and southwest from Coca as you can see on this map (click to enlarge).
